Nerf for the Lich Bane, but they buff some mid lanners. I think now hybrid champs have an advantage because now the Lich Bane will increase its damage with AD and AP.
They nerf Vi too.
They made more aggressive the Madred's Razors and Wriggle's Lantern, but they remove the armor.
Heimerdinger Visual Update and new cooldowns for Teleport.
New effects and sounds for Barrier, Heal, Teleport, Ignite, Ghost, and something for screenshots.
